After a short introduction for physicists to cellular automata, I spoke about my reflexions on a generic high-performance software for cellular automata computations that would be grid-ready. After this, we went on preparing some plans for financial funding on this basis. The people there were really nice. The slides were made from parts reused from other contexts.
