Résumé : We use the interior of the arc complex to parametrise all those deformations of an ideal polygon, with vertices decorated with horoballs, that uniformly lengthen every edge and diagonal. This is done by using strip deformations, following the work of Danciger-Guéritaud-Kassel in Margulis spacetimes via the arc complex. As a consequence we get that the interior of the arc complex is an open PL-manifold of dimension one less than that of the deformation space of the polygon.
