Subject: MCS 2005 workshop issue

 

Dear Professor Noureddine Boudriga,

 

My name is Eduard Babkin, I'm an Associate Professor of the State University - Higher School of Economics (Nihzny Novgorod, Russia). I'm one of the authors, whose papers were accepted for the satellite MCS 2005 workshop that will be held in the framework of ICECS 2005, IEEE Intl. Conference, in Gammarth on December.

 

In total there were three papers accepted and my Russian colleagues are greatly interested in presenting and discussing results at the workshop meetings. Unfortunately the travel prices are very high, because of ending of direct flights from Russia to Tunisia. Taking into account the commonly high IEEE participation fees the total expenses discourages us a little.

 

I rely on your benevolence and would like to know about any possibility to reduce participation fee for people who will register in MCS workshop.
