Dear Mohammad, Yesterday evening, I went to Cyrille to gather information. Here are the facts: - we sent (Cyrille essentially) 4 mails to the organization of ICECS on the 03.10, 28.10, 06.09 and 21.10 (partially answered) with no answer from the Tunisians (maybe, you remember that, at that period, you said that you were to ask to the organizers to reply). - in may, we got acceptation for our workshop, but we could not work with the website that was desperately under construction. I know that it is not a tiny affaur to organize such a congress like IEEE, but we have to work on international minimal standrds otherwise it will be imposible to cooperate. Besides this, as you can see in the attachements, we have many contributions from France and Russia where the inscription fees, even for first class manifestations (e. g. our meeting next week, in Paris, with the field medalist Yoccoz, is 250Euros) are much lower than 450USD, do you think it is possible to obtain reduced prices for people which will ask ? With my best regards Gérard H. E. Duchamp
